Remedial Massage – $80 per hour

A systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

Sports Massage – $80 per hour

Sports Massage techniques and pressure alter depending on the individual clients’ training program. The focus is on improved circulation and working systematically with the muscles and supportive tissues to improve recovery.Techniques we utilise include dynamic techniques such as stretching, MET and PNF as well as active release techniques.

Relaxation Massage – $70 per hour

A full body or head, neck and shoulders treatment that uses continual contact and long, flowing strokes which warm the body and help the body and mind to relax. Neurohormones such as dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins are released facilitating relaxation and a sense of well-being. Relaxation massage has also been shown to reduce the stress hormone cortisol, which in high levels can contribute to sleep deprivation, anxiety and depression

Lymphatic Drainage Massage $70 per hour

Manual Lymphatic Therapy uses techniques which naturally stimulate the functioning of the lymphatic system. The treatment is administered by a lymphatic drainage specialist who uses hand manoeuvres which are gentle, specific and non-invasive. The modality is based on medical sciences. Commonly known as ‘lymphatic drainage’, this treatment can be beneficial in the correction of numerous conditions, as well as in preventive health maintenance.

Hot Stone Massage – $80 per hour

A massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, flat, basalt, heated stones that are placed on specific points on your body. The localized heat and weight of the stones are said to improve circulation and warm tense muscles, allowing deeper pressure and a greater depth of relaxation

Pregnancy Massage – $90 per hour

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).
